Return and Refund Policy

At Chariत्र, we deal in fragrances and perfume oils, which are consumable and personal-use products. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been opened or used.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders once delivered will not be eligible for return or exchange except in cases where:

•⁠  ⁠The outer packaging is visibly damaged during delivery, and
•⁠  ⁠The product inside is damaged, leaked, or broken.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim any return or exchange, customers must provide:

•⁠  ⁠A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video starting before opening the package.
•⁠  ⁠The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and damaged product.

Without a valid unboxing video, no return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances.

Important Notes

•⁠  ⁠Minor packaging imperfections caused during transit will not qualify for return or refund.
•⁠  ⁠Requests made after the product has been used/opened will not be accepted.
•⁠  ⁠All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
